Metric Property Management  offers Metric Associates educational opportunities through in-house instructor lead courses, interactive computer based courses and the opportunity to attend training courses provided through partnerships with leading industry experts.

I. The "Let's Go" Workshops

The "Let's Go"   workshops   introduce Metric Associates to Metric programs, procedures and on-site guidelines.  These workshops range in length from 3 hours to 2 ½ days.     All workshops are facilitated by the Marketing & Training Team and are intended for all Metric Associates. 


II. The "gracehill.com" Modules

The Grace Hill training modules are online training courses designed by industry experts to help familiarize onsite individuals with common practices and techniques used in the apartment industry.  Each course has a workbook that can be printed, a knowledge test and certificate of completion.  The online courses allow you to work at your own pace and usually take 2 - 4 hours to complete. 

III. Human Resources

The HR Department has designed workshops to reinforce Metric Property Management's Policies regarding treatment of associates in the workplace and to help Metric associates in their day to day interactions with co-workers.  Currently, these workshops are facilitated by HR Team members. 

IV. CAMT I and CAMT II Workshops (Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician)

Through our partnership with the National Apartment Association, Metric  offers  the Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician Program.  These workshops are taught in-house by the National Construction Manager and the Regional Construction Managers.  All Service Supervisors and Service Technicians levels III - IV are required to attend.

V. Accounting and Financial Systems Training

Yardi and Revenue Management training is available by contacting your
Regional Accounting Department.  Training is provided by Regional associates and by selected Metric Mentors. Training can be delivered in a classroom setting or performed one on one according to need.  Training is required for all Community Managers, Assistant Managers and Bookkeepers.  

VI. CompUSA Classes

Metric Property Management provides for CompUSA computer classes for all employees.  Classes offered include, Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and Windows.  Enrollment is coordinated through the respective Regional office.
