The Metric Guarantee
The Metric Guarantee maintains that if a Metric resident is dissatisfied with their apartment home during the first 30 days of occupancy, they may terminate their lease with 30 days written notice. All concessions received at move-in and any outstanding rent, utilities and fees due under the terms of the lease must be paid prior to vacating. This service guarantee is subject to individual property participation, and certain restrictions apply. Please contact your Community Manager for details.
The 48 Hour Guarantee assures that Metric Property Management guarantees to respond to any routine service request within 48 hours (two working days) from the time the written service request is submitted, or we will credit you one day's rent for each day of delay.
